Steven Holl has been submitted, on November 18, a city in Hudson Yards plan, ordering the former railway facilities in the Hudson River in Midtown New York. This plan was created as a result of the order made by Extell Development Company, presenting this proposal as one of five companies that were sponsoring the bidding of the project management.
